The key for my blog posts will be [AL], so look out for my posts! I am very excited to co-moderate this group as well as posting blog posts on here. We decided we should ada a key so you guys know who wrote which post. jazmyn's posts will have [jh] in front of them while my, Ella's, posts will have [E] in front of them. This key can also be found/located at the bottom of the blog underneath the "About the Authors" section. NEW EDITIONS: We have two new additions to our Blog Post Key, those being Annika Lauryn [AL] and annikah stumph [AS].
It's almost January (it's December 29th [as I am writing this] where I am), and All Things Books: Reading Challenges, Games, Book Discussions, and More! has some exciting, new things coming up I want to remind you guys about:
1.) We have two Book of the Months for January. We are doing Loving vs. Virginia: A Documentary Novel of the Landmark Civil Rights Case by Patricia Hruby Powell and The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. Jazmyn is going to be the discussion leader for both of them and I will be the co-leader for them both. 2.) Our first Monthly Reading Challenge is taking place in the month of January! In this challenge, your goal is to reads as many books on your TBR list as you can in the month of January. More information can be found under the "Monthly Reading Challenges" and on the group's homepage where the challenges are. If it not showing up on the homepage itself, click "More challenges..." and it should be there. 3.) Our 2018 Anticipated Reads Challenge begins in January. In this, you will read as many 2018 new releases as possible. Books with a publication date in December 2017 will count towards this challenge, too. More information can be found under the "Year Long Reading Challenges" and on the group's homepage where the challenges are. If it not showing up on the homepage itself, click "More challenges..." and it should be there. That are all the announcements we have for right now! Click the Twitter icon below to be taken there, or you can search "atbmoderators" on Twitter.
About All Things Books (ATB)All Things Books (ATB) was founded on December 10th, 2017 by Jazmyn Queen (or as she goes by online, jazmyn haiayiele) in attempt to make a group where readers and writers alike can have fun while feeling like they are in a safe enviroment. Why A Blog?We thought it would be fun to make a blog where the memebers of the group can get the latest information about the group and join things such as newsletters, for example (if you would like to join our newsletter, the form is on the homepage). Where to FindATB is a Goodreads group. If you woul like to check out our group, you can do so at the following link: www.goodreads.com/group/show/394783-all-things-books
